基于激光雷达技术的无人机电网基建管控系统Infrastructure management and control system for UAV grid based on laser radar technology

摘要(Abstract):
针对传统人工肩扛经纬仪的输电线路测量方法效率和精度较低的问题,提出基于激光雷达的无人机电网基建管控系统。该系统包括飞行设计、数据采集、数据预处理、数据后处理和三维建模等流程。首先,使用无人机和激光雷达采集输电线路与塔杆数据;然后,分别使用数据预处理和后处理技术来修正激光雷达的测量误差以及分类点云数据,以提高测量精度;最后,导出生成的DOM,DSM文件和三维仿真模型以保存测量数据。仿真测试结果表明,该系统具有较高的测量效率及精度,可以满足电网快速发展的需求。
