基于WiFi的油井动液面监测系统A WiFi-based dynamic fluid level monitoring system for oil wells

摘要(Abstract):
油井动液面是反映地层供液能力的一个重要指标,实时动态监测油井动液面对提高油井产液量和抽油效率具有重要作用。针对动液面监测数据采集和组网数据传输,提出了一种基于WiFi的油井动液面监测系统。该系统由井口检测装置、RTU和动液面监测平台三部分构成。基于WiFi的数据传输网络设计,井口检测装置定时采集并上传液面数据,RTU与监测平台接收、解析数据,并实时计算动液面值。同时,支持油井液面数据手机APP实时查阅,实现多井或丛式井场油井动液面实时动态监测,在数字化与智慧化油田建设中有典型的应用价值。
