中小型企业信息化的整体控制系统设计Design of integral control system for small-and medium-sized enterprise informatization

摘要(Abstract)：
为了促进当前中小型企业的信息化建设,需要对信息化的整体控制系统设计方法进行研究。目前方法采用1个主机与3个从机的总线型主从式结构,但存在系统响应时间较长,网络负载均衡度较差的问题。为此提出一种基于负载均衡的中小型企业信息化整体控制系统设计方法,首先以C8051F040单片机为核心,设计总体系统框架;然后将被控制对象经过传感器设备、电压比例变换、A/D转换芯片和单片机采集卡连接,控制系统软件部分将单片机端程序和PC机端程序相连,并进行网络资源分配;最后利用PID控制器实现整体控制。实验结果证明,所提方法能够实现中小型企业信息化的整体实时控制,对促进中小型企业资源的合理分配具有重要意义。
