南疆地区研究生创新基地仓库自动存取系统的设计Design of warehouse automatic access system for graduate innovation base of South Xinjiang area

摘要(Abstract):
南疆地区是我国重要的特色农产品加工基地,发展仓库物流是南疆特色农产品产业发展的关键因素,仓库的快速存取是反映仓储物流发展的一个重要指标,先进的控制方法能快速提升物流能力。该文以塔里木大学研究生创新基地之一的大漠枣业责任有限公司的仓库存取系统为研究对象,将自动堆垛机、人机系统、仓储数据库等结合,设计一种PLC控制的自动存取系统,可大大提高仓储系统的快速存取能力,提高识别精度与可靠性。通过试验测试,结果表明:仓库自动存取系统出库取货周期作业平均时间为28.49 s,在测试时,无识别错误情况出现,平均识别精度为100%;系统进行入库操作的周期时间均值为20.51 s,测试过程中,操作过程作业稳定,操作时间控制较好,具有较好的可靠性与稳定性;单台系统入库能力P1则可计算为126.3;PLC系统对仓库自动存取系统的响应快速,可靠性较高,能适应频繁的快速仓库自动存取作业。
