PLC在舒适性空调自动控制系统中的应用Application of PLC in comfortable air conditioner automatic control system

摘要(Abstract):
为了提高空调的舒适性,使空调系统运行可靠、操作简单、功能丰富,提出PLC+变频器+组态软件的舒适性空调自动控制系统设计思路。自控系统设计内容包括空调系统的制冷、空气处理和流体输配3部分,将室内环境品质检测作为空调自控的调节内容,自动控制系统的任务包括监测、调节、报警和自动联锁等。自控系统可根据需求和负载变化实现较高的匹配度和调节效率,减少冷热源和机械设备能耗,提高空气调节质量和人体热舒适。结果表明,此设计能保障空调系统的监测和控制质量,同时提高系统的运行效率、降低能耗,使得空调系统的参数化运行变得简单、灵活、方便。
